                            GetMaxMode function

  DECLARATION:  GetMaxMode

      PURPOSE:  Returns the maximum mode number for the current driver

         UNIT:  Graph

  RESULT TYPE:  Word

      REMARKS:  The returned value is the maximum value that may be passed
                to SetGraphMode.  This value is returned directly from the
                driver.  All driver support modes from 0..GetGraphMode

                NOTE:  GetModeRange is still supported, but only for Borland
                       drivers.

 RESTRICTIONS:  Must be in graphics mode.
